Smarter Amazon of Europe project (SmarterAOE)

We have received financial support for digital transformation of our business practises from project SmarterAOE, which will established an international ecosystem of tourism SMEs in the Amazon of Europe - UNESCOs first 5 - country Transboundary Biosphere Reserve Mura - Drava - Danube and other biosphere reserves to boost social, digital and ecological innovation through collaboration, capacity building and digital transformation.

With our Apartment Mariposa we joined the Smarter Amazon of Europe (SmarterAOE) project of digital transformation and upgrading.
Receiving financial support from EU fonds, we upgraded the official website www.mariposa-banovci.si to English and enabled online reservations. We digitized guest registration, which is now so fast and simple, and established a card payment system. On our social media we established a messenger for easier and direct communication with our guests, which includes an inquiry – reservation form. Communication with our guests is now smooth and immediate and we are already detecting increased interest in our apartment.

It is amazing how digitization of processes facilitates business and helps us attract new guests! We are already very satisfied with the results and look forward to the future progress. Proud to have been a part of the Smarter Amazon of Europe project!
